Lisa – Owner/Stylist
After graduating from the Hillsboro School of Beauty, licensed cosmetologist Lisa began her longstanding career as an organic hair care specialist. She has held positions specializing in complex hair coloring, designer cuts, and traditional barbering techniques. Throughout her career Lisa has focused on charitable endeavors and is focused on advancing society’s quality of life through the use of organics. Lisa was quickly recognized as a leader in the organic hair care industry and is certified by Matrix and All-Nutrient. She provides her valued clients with a master understanding of organic hair coloring methods as only a stylist with decades of experience can.
After managing corporate hair chains for almost thirty years, Lisa purchased West Coast Hair Company in 2013. She and her family are enthusiastic Floridians and enjoy everything Florida’s unique culture provides. When she isn’t in the salon you can find Lisa and her family at the beach!

Margie – Stylist
Master Stylist, hair color specialist and wig expert with over 40 years of experience, Margie brings unmatched hairstyling expertise to West Coast Hair Company. She began her journey in 1977 after graduating from the P.B. Cosmetology Education Center in South Jersey.
Margie specializes in precision texture cuts, advanced hair coloring, and professional wig services—including cutting, styling, and sales. Her motto says it all: “I’m the hair doctor, and I can cure your hair needs.”

Darcy – Stylist
With over 40 years of experience in the beauty industry, Darcy brings a wealth of knowledge and passion
to West Coast Hair Company. A former salon owner in New Jersey, she specializes in hair coloring, balayage, foils, perms and precision hair cutting.Darcy is known for her attention to detail and ability to create custom looks that complement each client’s individual style. Outside the salon, Darcy enjoys relaxing in her garden, spending quality time with friends and family, and hanging out with her beloved dog, Daisy. Her warm personality, combined with decades of experience, makes her a trusted favorite for clients looking for expert care and beautiful results.

Rikki – Stylist
Rikki has been in the beauty industry since 2003 and brings over two decades of experience, creativity, and client-focused care to every appointment. A former salon suite owner originally from Maryland, Rikki 
specializes in expert blonding and custom hair color, and is equally skilled in haircuts for women, men, kids, and clients with special needs.
Known for her approachable, outgoing personality, Rikki creates a welcoming experience for everyone in her chair. She takes the time to communicate realistic results and provide easy-to-follow guidance on maintenance and upkeep—making every client feel informed and confident.
Outside the salon, Rikki enjoys baking, cooking, sharing a good laugh, and cheering on the Washington Commanders. She’s always up for a great conversation or trying something new—just don’t ask her to go hiking.

Marcia – Front Desk Coordinator
For over 6 years, Marcia has been the organized heart of West Coast Hair Company. As our front desk coordinator, she has kept our schedule running smoothly, helped clients feel at home, and ensured each day flows effortlessly for both our team and our guests.
Outside the salon, Marcia loves spending time at the beach and cherishes every moment with her two grandchildren. Her warmth, reliability, and attention to detail make her an essential part of what makes our salon feel like family.
Char – Massage Therapist
With over 23 years of professional experience, Char is a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness. She specializes in a wide range of therapeutic massage services, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, aromatherapy massage, hot-stone therapy, cupping, Ashiatsu, Bamboo Fusion, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, and rejuvenating body scrubs. Char also provides targeted treatment for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, scoliosis, chronic pain, and muscular tension, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of her clients. She is the founder of Nature’s Journey Wellness.
As a certified aromatherapist and Reiki Master, Char integrates holistic healing techniques into every customized treatment, supporting both physical and emotional well-being. Whether you are seeking stress relief, injury recovery, pain management, or deep relaxation, her goal is to create a personalized massage experience that restores balance, promotes healing, and enhances your overall quality of life.
